Since December 1, 2001, AMASS Data Technologies Inc does not accept returns without a valid RMA number. Proceed as follows:
  1. Fill out completely the form below.
  2. Click on the Submit button.
  3. ADT will contact you via e-mail to attempt to resolve the problem. An RMA number will be assigned if the problem remains unresolved.

Are you able to communicate with the logger via PC/modem? YES NO

Are there problems with respect to the logged data? NO YES. If yes, then e-mail a copy of the log file and Sensor Log Table to amassinf@amassdata.com along with the model and serial number of the unit.

Are there problems with respect to GOES transmitted data (if applicable)? NO YES. If yes, e-mail a copy of the GOES data, corresponding log file and Sensor Log Table to amassinf@amassdata.com along with the model and serial number of the unit.
