Since December 1, 2001, AMASS Data Technologies Inc does not accept returns without a valid RMA number.

Prior to returning a product for service please fill-out the appropriate RMA form.

NOTE: The basic shop charge plus suitable shipping and handling fees will be applied without notice to all repairs (except those covered under a warranty as shown below). Quotations will only be provided for repairs exceeding this basic amount.

•  RMA for data loggers
•  RMA for all other products

Repair Service	Charges (CAN)
2-year parts and labour warranty for equipment purchased under a national Standing Offer. 1-year parts and labour warranty for all other purchases. The warranties do not cover damages due to voltage spikes, reverse polarity and the like, nor does it cover damages that resulted from mishandling. Shipping back to the customer is not included.	Free of charge
Basic hourly shop charge. Minimum charge.	$150
Shipping and Handling for equipment sent for repair to a third party manufacturer (ex. SAT HDR sent to Cobham Tracking & Locating)	$50
